ATLANTA, Ga. (05/01/06)—Response Mine President Ken Robbins has been selected to speak to the judges of the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) 2006 International ECHO Awards, the direct marketing industry's most prestigious honor, on June 22, 2006, in New York City.
Robbins will present "Cutting Edge Paid Search & How to Get it Right" to a panel of judges that include mid to senior level executives representing the worldwide direct marketing community. The semi-final round of judging coincides with the DM Days New York Conference & Expo June 20-22, the largest marketing expo in the Northeast with more than 250 exhibitors.
Regarded as the "Oscar of direct marketing," the annual DMA International ECHO Awards were introduced in 1930 and honor excellence in creativity, strategy and response results in direct marketing campaigns. With more than 1,000 entries submitted by direct response agencies worldwide, the ECHO Awards recognize every type of media used in direct and interactive campaigns. The 2006 ECHO Awards Ceremony and Gala will take place on Tuesday, October 17, in San Francisco, CA, during the DMA06 Conference & Exhibition, which is October 14-18.
