Overview:
- The Account Manager develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to meet key clients’ online objectives. He/She maintains and expands client relationships from daily communications to conducting strategic planning sessions. Additionally, the Account Manager acts as key liaison between client and internal teams including, Media, Design, IT, Accounting, Analytics, etc. Managing all phases of Interactive campaign cycles, from research and planning to optimization and analysis are all expectations of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients on a variety of levels and functions while managing client expectations.
- Participate in the development of technology, media, and research strategies as well as the production of creative units.
- Keep team members current on competitive tactics, positioning and communication developments relative to a particular clients.
- Ensure all client deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Analyze & track online campaign results, and deliver relevant reports to clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage unplanned and ongoing projects on time, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of online marketing/advertising experience
- Understanding of key online media including paid and organic search, banners, email, affiliate marketing, and co-reg.
- Fluent in Excel, Powerpoint and Internet Tools.
- Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
