Heightening Awareness and Response
The Challenge
A regional medical center was challenged with attracting many patients who lacked transportation to their facility. They created a dynamic telehealth app to provide these patients with easier access to their facility, but they needed a partner to lead a campaign that would not only boost awareness, but also drive downloads and virtual doctor visits.
Our Solution
Response Mine implemented Universal App Campaigns via Google Ads to promote installations of the facilities telehealth app. Once install/first open volume increased, Response Mine then launched a series of campaigns targeted on the lowest funnel in-app actions that met the daily minimum for conversions.
The Results
The campaigns drove higher volume and better direct response results. The final numbers: 1,700 downloads, 1,200 app enrollments, and more than 300 doctor visits, all at lower costs.
